This role is responsible for ensuring construction projects are executed safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget, aligned with client objectives. It involves managing all project phases—from planning and design to execution—while overseeing contractors, supervision consultants, and resource allocation. Key responsibilities include developing project plans, monitoring progress, enforcing safety protocols, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing contracts, reviewing reports, implementing project management systems, and preparing financial forecasts.

The position also emphasizes team leadership, mentoring, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement of departmental structures and processes, while maintaining compliance with quality, environmental, safety, and occupational health standards, along with performing other assigned duties.

• The major responsibility is to ensure that the projects are managed safely, effectively, efficiently and completed on time and within budget in accordance with the objectives of Client.
• Manage and oversee all phases of construction projects, from planning and design to execution and completion.
• Ensure that all the contractors and supervision consultants, for different projects, are following the correct processes and procedures as set in the PMM processes and procedures and as well establish and maintain risk registers for all the projects.
• Assessing the capability of Client’s existing project management and construction management staff and recommend appropriate roles and responsibilities
• Development and rectification of department operating structure [Org. Chart, Roles, Responsibilities] as well tools to be deployed [software, apply Int’l best practice]
• Develop and implement project plans, including budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor and track project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or delays that may arise.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
