Responsibilities
Run the whole site on a day-to-day basis reporting to the Project Manager Director Leading the delivery of this huge public realm project as part of Diriyah Manage delivery across two project phases and four hoarding phases Coordinate concurrent hardscape softscape and utilities works Oversee phased handover of completed sections while works continue on other phases Lead site teams and sub-contractors to programme quality safety and cost targets Manage stakeholder coordination across all site disciplines
Qualifications- Graduate Civil Engineer (degree-qualified).
- Minimum 20 years construction management experience.
- Proven leadership of a corridor, park or masterplan public realm scheme of similar length.
- Experience running hardscape, softscape and utilities packages concurrently on the same site.
- Track record of handing over completed sections while continuing to deliver adjacent phases.
- Experience managing multi-phase, multi-hoarding-phase site logistics.
