This is a senior, site-driven leadership role for a Civil/Structural Engineer with extensive experience delivering major reinforced-concrete high-rise towers. Key requirements:- Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Minimum 20 years' construction experience
- Proven delivery of high-rise towers of 40 storeys or above
- Experience managing projects from substructure through superstructure
- Extensive hands-on experience with self-climbing formwork/core systems
, including Doka ACS/SKE, PERI ACS/RCS or equivalent - Demonstrable track record achieving and maintaining 5-6 day structural floor/core cycles

A critical part of this role is controlling the complete structural cycle-from reinforcement, formwork and MEP embeds through inspections, concrete placement, curing, striking and climbing- while maintaining the required production rhythm.
The Project Manager will also be responsible for coordinating engineering, procurement, logistics, QA/QC, HSE, commercial teams and subcontractors, while ensuring subsequent MEP, facade and architectural trades progress efficiently behind the structural works.
