We are recruiting an Associate Director of Cost or Associate Director of Quantity Surveying for a permanent position in the Middle East with a world-class Construction Consultancy for their offices in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Our client is one of the premier construction cost consultancies in the world. They work in a range of sectors. This vacancy is for someone with super prime residential or Hotel project experience. The requirements for this position are strict.

• Stafford Lawrence is seeking Director-level candidates for this role. So, you should have experience working with a Construction Cost Consultancy in a Director or Associate Director position. The role will be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and at the client's site.
• In addition to Director Level experience with a consultancy, Previous Middle East Cost Consultancy experience is desirable for this role. The preference is for someone with previous Middle East or overseas experience.
• Chartered status, preference for MRICS Chartered Status. Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors
  - Quantity Surveying.
• A minimum of 18-20 Years of Post Degree experience.
• A degree qualification in either Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management, taken at a well-known Western University. The end client has stipulated that this is also an essential requirement for this job vacancy.
• We are specifically seeking experience in High-End Luxury Residential or Hotel projects.
• In addition, you will have very strong pre-contract cost Estimating and Cost Planning Experience.
• This role is urgent. We are seeking a candidate available in 1 month or possibly sooner.

An excellent total package salary is available for this Associate Director Cost Saudi Arabia Middle East job vacancy and will be discussed on a case-by-case basis. Our client is open to salary currently, for someone who meets all requirements. We are seeking someone with the gravitas to liaise with this client at a very senior level and be responsible for this project.

A basic salary of circa 60-67,000

SAR per month.
