Weare seeking an experienced and results-driven Construction Manager tolead and control site construction activities for our road project in Riyadh,Saudi Arabia.

• Bachelor’sor Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• 15+years of professional experience in roads and highways construction projects.
• Minimum5+ years of experience as a Construction Manager, managing site execution on large-scale infrastructure works.
• Prior experience in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is a significant advantage.
• Excellentcommand of English (written and spoken);
  Arabic is considered an asset.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and site management capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors, site teams, and multiple work frontssimultaneously.

• Leadand manage the planning, execution, and completion of road and bridge construction, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and suppliers, to facilitate smooth project execution and compliance with regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues,and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks effectively.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management, outlining progress,challenges, and resource requirements to ensure informed decision-making.
• Implementsafety protocols and quality control measures on-site to ensure a safe working environment for all team members and compliance with industry standards.
