- Lead all construction activities from mobilization through project completion and handover
- Manage contractors, consultants, and site supervision teams to achieve project delivery objectives
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, and construction performance
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, regulatory requirements, and health and safety policies
- Oversee construction planning, sequencing, and execution strategies
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures to minimize impacts on cost, schedule, and quality
- Review and manage contractor progress, change orders, claims, and commercial issues
- Coordinate with design, project management, procurement, HSE, and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery
- Lead site meetings, progress reviews, and stakeholder engagement activities
- Drive value engineering, constructability reviews, and productivity improvement initiatives
- Ensure timely resolution of technical, construction, and interface issues
- Prepare executive reports and provide regular updates to senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field
- 12+ years of experience in construction management, with significant experience delivering large-scale infrastructure, residential, mixed-use, or major development projects
- Proven track record managing contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary project teams
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project controls, contract administration, and quality management
- Experience working on complex master-planned developments, mega projects, or large infrastructure programs is highly preferred
- Professional certifications such as PMP, CCM, PE, or equivalent are advantageous
