Job Purpose
The Fit-Out Project Manager is responsible for managing fit-out and construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily fit-out and construction activities.
- Plan and monitor project schedules, progress, and resources.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Review drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and technical submissions.
- Monitor finishing works and ensure compliance with approved standards.
- Manage variations, claims, delays, and project risks.
- Conduct inspections, snagging, and project handover.
- Prepare progress and management reports.
- Lead project meetings and resolve site/technical issues.

- Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in construction and fit-out projects.
- Experience in finishing and interior fit-out works.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong coordination, leadership, and communication skills.
- Good command of English and Arabic, written and spoken
