- Conduct daily HSE inspections across assigned construction work areas.
- Monitor compliance with PPE, access, housekeeping, scaffolding, lifting, excavation, and work-at-height requirements.
- Verify permits, risk assessments, JSAs, toolbox talks, and safety-control measures.
- Identify unsafe acts or conditions and require immediate corrective action.
- Support safety inductions, emergency drills, inspections, and incident investigations.
- Maintain observation registers, inspection reports, incident records, and safety statistics.
- Coordinate daily with contractor supervisors and the HSE Manager.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of construction HSE experience.
- Experience on large-scale mixed-use residential and commercial developments.
- NEBOSH IGC is required; OSHA or IOSH certification is preferred.
- Practical knowledge of Permit-to-Work systems and high-risk construction activities.
- Strong observation, communication, reporting, and enforcement skills.
- Saudi Council of Engineers registration is required where applicable.
