We are seeking an experienced Synchro 4D Modeler to support BIM-based construction planning and project delivery in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role is responsible for developing and maintaining 4D BIM models, integrating 3D models with project schedules, and supporting construction sequencing and visualization.

The successful candidate will work closely with planning, engineering, and construction teams to improve constructability, sequencing, coordination, and project progress visualization. • Develop and maintain 4D BIM models using Synchro 4D.
• Integrate 3D BIM models with project schedules and construction activities.
• Support construction sequencing and 4D planning activities.
• Coordinate with planning, engineering, and construction teams.
• Develop visualizations to support construction planning and project progress monitoring.
• Assist project teams with constructability analysis and BIM-based coordination.
• Maintain accurate and coordinated BIM information throughout project activities.
• Utilize Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) as required.
• Support effective digital construction workflows and project coordination.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in 4D BIM modeling.
• Proficiency in Synchro 4D for developing and maintaining 4D BIM models.
• Strong knowledge of integrating 3D models with project schedules and construction activities.
• High proficiency in:
  • Revit
  • Navisworks
  • AutoCAD
• Experience using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and constructability.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with planning, engineering, and construction teams.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
