• Managing the construction site, ensuring safety and adherence to regulations
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
• Managing and supervising contractors and workers on site
• Scheduling and overseeing material deliveries and equipment use
• Ensuring that work is completed to the required quality standards
• Managing budgets and timelines for projects
• Communicating with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and contractors
• Resolving any issues or conflicts that arise during construction
• Ensuring that project milestones are met and that work is completed on time
• Conducting site surveys and providing reports to senior management

• Fit-Out experience is required.
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and safety regulations
• Proficiency in using technical software and tools, such as AutoCAD and BIM
• Strong time management and organization skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering .
• Relevant work experience in construction or engineering
• Knowledge of relevant software and tools, such as AutoCAD and BIM
• Knowledge of safety regulations and construction codes
• Professional certification, such as Professional Engineer (PE) license, may be required.
