We are in need of a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Riyadh. As an Indian national, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction, from planning and budgeting to scheduling and quality control. Your main goal will be to ensure that all projects are completed within the given timeframe and budget while maintaining high standards of quality.

You must have prior experience in the construction industry and be knowledgeable in local laws and regulations.

Accommodation will be provided for non-residents.

• Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from start to finish
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
• Monitor progress on site and ensure all work is completed on time and within budget
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and safety standards
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and resolve any issues that arise
• Manage project budgets and make adjustments as needed
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment
• Maintain accurate documentation of project progress

• Indian national with experience in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, materials, and legal regulations
• Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent leadership skills with a focus on achieving results
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to read blueprints/drawings
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g. MS Project)
