15 years of construction management experience Job Type: Full Time Position Overview Parsons is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and contribute to a major giga project. The role leads on-site construction activities with responsibility for safe execution, schedule, budget, quality, resources, contractor coordination, and overall field performance. The Construction Manager will work closely with client representatives and project stakeholders while directing multidisciplinary site teams through complex construction delivery.

• Lead on-site construction activities to support safe delivery in accordance with schedule, budget, and required quality standards.
• Develop and manage construction execution plans, resource requirements, and critical project milestones.
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and construction teams to maximize productivity and project performance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client representatives and key stakeholders on construction-related matters.
• Monitor construction progress and identify risks, constraints, and issues affecting delivery.
• Implement appropriate corrective actions to maintain project objectives.
• Lead multidisciplinary site teams, including construction superintendents and engineers.
• Coordinate field operations and major construction equipment resources across assigned activities.

• 15 years of construction management experience delivering large civil, infrastructure, industrial, or structural projects.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary site teams and managing construction superintendents and engineers.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, planning, scheduling, and field operations.
• Demonstrated experience managing contractors, subcontractors, and major construction equipment resources.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Previous experience delivering major infrastructure, public realm, or complex urban development projects is desired. Knowledge of contract administration, procurement, and commercial management principles will also support the responsibilities of the position. Experience working within large-scale programme or PMO environments is preferred, together with a strong understanding of quality management and health, safety, and environmental compliance. Previous Middle East project experience and experience leading culturally diverse teams are also desired.

The Construction Manager will provide site leadership across construction execution, contractor coordination, resource management, and field operations. By maintaining visibility of progress, risks, constraints, quality, and key milestones, the role will help keep construction activities aligned with overall project objectives.
