Site Manager
On behalf of our client, we are looking to hire a Site Supervisor to join their team in Riyadh. The role supports the supervision of daily façade installation activities on-site, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the supervision of daily façade installation activities according to approved drawings and procedures.
- Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and workers regarding daily activities, manpower, and materials.
- Assist with site inspections and progress monitoring to ensure activities are completed as planned.
- Check that façade components are installed according to shop drawings and approved methods.
- Support HSE and quality requirements, including safety checks and identification of site issues.
- Report technical, material, or installation issues to the Senior Site Engineer / Project Manager.
- Maintain basic records of daily progress, manpower, materials, and site activities.
- Support the team in checking completed works and following up on defect rectification.
Experience
Required:
1–2 years of experience in construction or site-related work.
Education
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
Skills Required:
- Basic understanding of construction drawings and site activities
- Basic knowledge of HSE and quality requirements
- Good communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
- Willingness to work on-site and learn façade installation and construction practices
- Basic proficiency in MS Office / Excel
Employment / Job Type: Full Time
Salary: SAR 8,000 to 10,000 per month
