On behalf of our client, we are looking to hire a surveyor to join their team in Riyadh.

Job Summary

The Surveyor is responsible for conducting on-site surveys and ensuring accurate measurements for facade construction and installation projects. This role involves setting out control points, verifying design alignments, and maintaining precisedocumentation to ensure all facade components are installed according toproject specifications. The Surveyor works closely with site engineers and project teams to address any discrepancies and ensure project accuracy.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct on-site surveys to establish reference points and ensure accurate measurements for facadeinstallation.
  • Verify design alignments, dimensions, and elevations as per project specifications and drawings.
  • Set out control points for installation teamsand monitor their accuracy throughout the project.
  • Identify and report any discrepancies between site conditions and design plans, proposing corrective measures.
  • Maintain detailed records of all survey dataand provide regular updates to the project team.
  • Collaborate with the site engineering team toensure smooth execution of facade construction activities.
  • Operate survey equipment such as totalstations, GPS, and laser levels to capture accurate site data.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in surveying, preferably within facade construction or building projects.
  • Proficiency in using survey instruments such as total stations, GPS, and laser levels.
  • Strong knowledge of CAD software and reading technical drawings.
  • Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
