Project Control Manager

We are hiring an experienced Project Controls Manager to lead the planning, cost control, forecasting, and performance reporting of major landscape, public realm, and infrastructure projects
.

This role will work closely with Project Directors and Project Managers to provide clear visibility on schedule, cost, risks, and overall project performance
, while leading the project controls team.

What You’ll Do

• Lead planning, scheduling, cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and project reporting
  .
• Develop and monitor project baselines,
  Level 3–5 schedules
  , cash flow, and cost forecasts.
• Track project performance using EVM, KPIs, dashboards, and progress measurement
  .
• Identify schedule and cost deviations early and develop recovery and mitigation plans
  .
• Lead weekly and monthly project controls reporting for management and clients.
• Coordinate with construction, engineering, procurement, commercial, and finance teams
  .
• Manage planners, schedulers, and cost control engineers.
• Support change management, variations, claims, delay analysis, and EOT assessments
  .
• Drive improvements in project controls processes, reporting, and automation.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
  .
• 10–15 years of project controls experience within construction or infrastructure.
• Strong experience on large-scale or mega projects
  ; landscape/public realm experience is highly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 is essential.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of planning, cost control, forecasting, EVM, WBS/CBS, cash flow, and variance analysis
  .
• Experience with Power BI, Excel, dashboards, and executive-level reporting
  .
• Good exposure to variations, claims, delay analysis, and EOT
  .
• Proven experience leading project controls teams.
• PMP, PSP, CCP, or similar certification is an advantage.
