Job Description A First-Class Classified Contracting Company is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Project Manager – Engineer to lead and oversee major construction projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role encompasses end-to-end project lifecycle management from initiation and planning through execution, completion, and handover.
PMP certification and registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) are considered strong advantages

Key Responsibilities Direct and oversee large-scale construction projects from initiation through final client handover Manage project planning, budgeting, cost control, resource allocation, and rigorous contract administration Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams, subcontractors, and site personnel effectively Coordinate seamlessly with clients, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders Ensure strict compliance with construction quality standards, HSE regulations, risk management protocols, and change control procedures Utilize scheduling and monitoring tools like Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project to track milestone progress---### Requirements & Hiring
