Job Description ## About the RoleBEC Arabia is seeking an experienced
** Scaffolding Foreman
** to join our Logistics Department in Riyadh. This role is pivotal in ensuring the safe and efficient execution of scaffolding operations across our diverse portfolio of projects, including commercial buildings, industrial facilities, and government mega-projects. As part of our commitment to excellence, you will oversee a team of skilled workers, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project timelines.

Working closely with project managers, site supervisors, and safety officers, you will play a hands-on role in planning, erecting, and dismantling scaffolding structures. Your expertise will directly contribute to the successful delivery of projects aligned with Saudi Vision 2030, supporting BEC Arabia's reputation as a leader in construction and engineering. Key Responsibilities
* ** Supervise
* * the erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures in compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
* ** Inspect
* * scaffolding materials and structures to ensure they meet quality and safety requirements.
* ** Coordinate
* * with project managers and site supervisors to plan scaffolding needs and schedules.
* ** Ensure
* * compliance with OSHA, ISO 45001, and Saudi Building Code (SBC) safety standards.
* ** Train
* * and mentor team members on proper scaffolding techniques and safety protocols.
* ** Monitor
* * daily scaffolding activities to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality benchmarks.
* ** Maintain
* * accurate records of scaffolding inventory, inspections, and certifications.
* ** Collaborate
* * with safety officers to conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions.
* ** Communicate
* * effectively with multi-national teams to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations.
* ** Resolve
* * on-site issues related to scaffolding operations promptly and efficiently.##

Required Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in construction or scaffolding is preferred.
* Minimum of
** 5 years of experience
** in scaffolding operations, with at least
** 2 years in a supervisory role**.
* Certification in
** Scaffolding Inspection
** or
** Advanced Scaffolding Techniques** (CITB, CISRS, or equivalent).
* Strong knowledge of
** OSHA standards**,
** ISO 45001**, and
** Saudi Building Code (SBC)**.
* Proven ability to read and interpret construction drawings and scaffolding plans.
* Familiarity with scaffolding materials, load capacities, and safety equipment.
* Proficiency in English; basic Arabic is an advantage.##

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working on large-scale projects such as
** giga-projects
** or
** industrial facilities**.
* Additional certifications in
** NEBOSH**,
** IOSH**, or other safety-related qualifications.
* Familiarity with
** Saudi Aramco
** or
** Royal Commission
** project standards.
* Knowledge of advanced scaffolding systems such as
** Cuplock
* * or
** Kwikstage**.
* Experience managing multi-national teams in a construction environment.## Working Conditions
* Work is primarily conducted on construction sites in Riyadh, requiring the use of
** Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)**.
* Exposure to outdoor environments, including high temperatures and dusty conditions.
* Standard working hours with occasional overtime to meet project deadlines.
* Physical demands include climbing, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
