Senior Consultant - Contract Manager

Turner and Townsend is recruiting a Senior Consultant, Contract Manager, into its Contract Services team in Riyadh. That team delivers contract development, contract management, dispute resolution and claims management across the region, and the advert is written for someone who has already done that work in a consultancy or for a contractor.

The advert asks for hands on knowledge of standard forms of contract, of claims management, and of dispute avoidance or dispute resolution in the built environment. Contract administration and commercial management experience are both named, across a range of construction sectors and project types.

The holder supports the subject matter experts already working in the region and is expected to help the contract services division grow. The backgrounds accepted are quantity surveying, commercial management, engineering or law. The advert asks for a degree in quantity surveying, civil engineering or construction management, and describes a master's degree in construction law as desirable, whether already held or currently being studied for.
