General Manager; Construction - F&B, QSR, Café

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to oversee construction projects within the Food & Beverage (F&B), Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), and Café sectors. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage multiple projects while ensuring quality, safety, and timeliness.

• Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects from initial planning through completion within the F&B, QSR, and Café sectors.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
• Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or delays proactively.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
• Manage and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify the quality of work and adherence to safety protocols.
• Implement best practices for project management and construction processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management on project status, risks, and opportunities.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on the F&B, QSR, or Café industries.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
