Job Description ## About the RoleBEC Arabia is looking for a highly skilled
** Project Manager
** to join our HO Projects Department in Riyadh. As a Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, architects, contractors, and clients, to deliver projects that align with Saudi Vision 2030 and BEC Arabia's commitment to excellence.

This role offers the opportunity to manage iconic projects for prestigious clients such as NEOM, Saudi Aramco, and the Public Investment Fund. You will play a pivotal role in driving project success, managing risks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities
* ** Lead
* * the planning, execution, and delivery of construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client expectations.
* ** Develop
* * detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets using tools such as
** Primavera P6
** and
** MS Project**.
* ** Coordinate
* * with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
* ** Monitor
* * project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
* ** Ensure
* * compliance with Saudi Building Code (SBC), safety standards (ISO 45001, NEBOSH), and client-specific requirements (e.g., ARAMCO standards).
* ** Manage
* * project resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to optimize efficiency.
* ** Prepare
* * and present regular progress reports to senior management and clients.
* ** Oversee
* * quality assurance and control processes to maintain high standards of construction.
* ** Foster
* * strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with project goals.
* ** Implement
* * sustainability practices and green building standards (LEED, Mostadam) where applicable.
* ** Support
* * the adoption of digital construction tools, including
** BIM
* * technologies, to enhance project outcomes.##

Required Qualifications
* ** Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering**, Construction Management, or a related field.
* Minimum of
** 10 years of experience
** in project management within the construction or infrastructure sectors.
* ** PMP (Project Management Professional)
** certification is mandatory.
* Proficiency in
** Primavera P6**,
** AutoCAD**, and
** MS Project**.
* Familiarity with Saudi Building Code (SBC) and other relevant regulations.
* Registration with the
** Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE)**.
* Strong understanding of safety standards, including
** ISO 45001
** and
** NEBOSH**.
* Proven track record of managing large-scale projects in the GCC region.##

Preferred Qualifications
* ** Master’s degree
** in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration (MBA).
* Experience with
** mega-projects
** such as NEOM, The Red Sea Project, or similar.
* Certification in
** LEED
* * or other green building standards.
* Expertise in
** BIM
* * tools and digital construction methodologies.
* Knowledge of ARAMCO or SABIC project standards.## Working Conditions
* Based in
** Riyadh**, with occasional travel to project sites within the Kingdom.
* Primarily office-based, with regular visits to construction sites.
* Exposure to outdoor conditions, including high temperatures, during site visits.
* Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required during site inspections.
* Standard working hours with occasional extended hours to meet project deadlines.##
