AECOM is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager - Fit Out and Supervision to support its Buildings and Places business in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves managing complex fit out and construction supervision projects, overseeing multiple client assignments, and ensuring technical excellence throughout project execution. The successful candidate will lead project delivery, supervise engineering and site activities, manage commercial performance, and ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes and quality requirements.

The position also carries responsibility for identifying project risks, minimizing claims exposure, maintaining planned profit margins and strengthening long-term client relationships. With a minimum of 15 years of progressive project management experience, the Senior Project Manager will provide strategic direction and technical oversight while mentoring Project Managers responsible for multiple projects and portfolios.
