On-site Position Overview Parsons Corporation is looking for a talented Field Engineer to join its site-based Construction Supervision team on a major landmark development project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The project involves the design, enabling works, and main construction works for a large-scale destination development featuring iconic assets, hospitality facilities, and supporting infrastructure. Working within the Construction Supervision Consultant (CSC) team, the Field Engineer will monitor construction activities, conduct site inspections, review contractor submissions, and help ensure that works comply with approved drawings, specifications, contract requirements, and applicable engineering standards.

The project operates under a client governance framework with demanding requirements for programme delivery, quality, safety, and sustainability. The CSC team provides independent construction supervision and management throughout project delivery, including testing, commissioning, and handover. The successful candidate will work closely with the Resident Engineer, Construction Manager, contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders to address technical issues, monitor progress, and support the successful completion of construction activities.
