Mnzil is a fast-growing proptech company in Riyadh providing integrated workforce services (housing, transportation, catering and building operations) across Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
Our Real Estate & Construction team turns Mnzil's plans into real, liveable spaces Construction Manager, you are the single accountable owner of each project, from the first planning meeting to final handover: on time, on budget, safe and built to Mnzil's standard.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field
- 7+ years of hands-on construction project management, delivering mid-to-large projects from design to handover
- Strong experience with budgets, BoQs, cost estimates and variation orders
- Proficient with Primavera P6 or MS Project
- Saudi site experience and knowledge of local codes is a strong plus; PMP is a plus
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Own the full project lifecycle: planning, design coordination, execution, closeout and handover
- Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, contractors and suppliers
- Review drawings critically and flag clashes or cost drivers early
- Prepare scopes, specifications, BoQs and cost estimates, and negotiate contractor and supplier quotes
- Set schedules, budgets and milestones, track site progress daily and act fast on risks
- Manage variations and claims, and report status, cost and risks to leadership
