Key Responsibilities- You will be working under the mentorship of our Directors leading your own teams responsible for the setup and delivery of multiple fit-out projects in the region
- Your role includes working alongside our commercial amp design teams managing external consultants contractors and client teams
- You will be responsible for leading the pre- and post-contract phases of projects chairing meetings owning the action tracker and directing information flow between the teams
- You will have full ownership over project timelines and deliverables oversee site progress amp quality and be responsible for contract administration and all formal project reporting
- Degree in Project/Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture.
- 10+ yrs of experience required, ideally at 5 yrs experience in a PMC firm.
- Design and commercial acumen.
- Willingness to be based in Riyadh full-time.
