This senior management position involves leading a team of project controls professionals responsible for monitoring complex engineering and construction projects or programs. The successful candidate will oversee contractor schedules, develop resource- and cost-loaded project schedules, implement progress measurement systems, and evaluate project performance using Earned Value Management techniques.

The role requires extensive experience with Primavera P6, construction scheduling, project controls reporting, and schedule recovery planning. The Project Controls Manager will work closely with Project Managers, Engineering Managers, contractors, and discipline leads to maintain reliable project schedules, identify performance issues, and support timely management decisions. The position also includes construction progress monitoring, preparation of weekly and monthly reports, development of performance dashboards, and planning support for new project proposals.

• Engage with contractors to develop delivery plans, recovery schedules, and mitigation strategies.
• Identify schedule delays, performance gaps, and activities requiring corrective action.
• Coordinate with contractors and project management personnel to evaluate proposed schedule adjustments.
