About the Role
BEC Arabia is looking for a highly skilled Fit-Out Construction Manager to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of fit-out works for prestigious commercial and residential projects. As part of our HO Projects Department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all fit-out activities are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities- Lead the planning, execution, and management of fit-out construction activities for commercial and residential projects.
- Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of fit-out works.
- Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions to address delays or quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code (SBC), safety standards (ISO 45001), and client-specific requirements.
- Review and approve technical drawings, material submittals, and method statements related to fit-out works.
- Manage on-site teams, providing clear direction and fostering a culture of safety and quality.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients, highlighting key milestones and risks.
- Resolve technical and logistical challenges, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and project success.
