Black Tie Consultancy is partnering with a leading construction consultancy in Saudi Arabia to hire a Senior Resident Engineer. You’ll lead the Construction Supervision team on site and be the Consultant’s face to the Client, the contractors and every stakeholder in between.
What you’ll be doing- Lead the Construction Supervision team and represent the Consultant on site
- Review contractor programmes, method statements, shop drawings and submittals
- Oversee RFIs, variation orders, claims and payment certification
- Keep quality, safety and environmental standards high through testing, commissioning and handover
- BSc Architecture with 20+ years of experience, including 10+ years in KSA or the Gulf
- PMP certified
- Familiarity with Aconex as the official correspondence protocol
- Fluent English, with strong presentation and communication skills
- Have led site supervision teams on large projects, not just joined one
- Resolve technical and contractual issues before they become delays
- Hold quality and HSE standards on site without slowing the programme
