- Ensure all scaffolding operations comply with local safety regulations and industry standards to foster a safe working environment
- Supervise the assembly and disassembly of scaffolding structures ensuring adherence to design specifications and load capacities
- Conduct regular inspections of scaffolding equipment and materials to identify defects or maintenance issues reporting findings promptly
- Provide on-site training and guidance to scaffolding crews enhancing their skills and ensuring safe work practices are followed
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; further qualifications in construction management or engineering are preferred.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in scaffolding or a related construction field, demonstrating progressive responsibility.
- Valid scaffolding supervisor certification from a recognized authority, showcasing adherence to industry safety standards.
- Experience in high-rise construction or complex scaffolding projects is a significant advantage.
