• Concept Development:
  Lead the creative process by developing innovative and compelling visual concepts that align with client objectives.
• Team Leadership:
  Supervise and mentor junior designers and art directors, providing guidance on creative direction and design execution.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with copywriters, account managers and other creative team members to ensure cohesive campaign development.
• Presentation:
  Present ideas and concepts to clients, articulating the rationale behind creative choices and how they meet campaign goals.
• Quality Control:
  Ensure all visual materials meet high standards of quality and align with brand guidelines before final delivery.
• Trend Analysis:
  Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques and emerging technologies to keep the agency’s work fresh and relevant.
• Project Management:
  Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, managing timelines and resources to meet deadlines.

• Extensive experience in graphic design or art direction, preferably within an advertising agency, minimum of 5 years.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative work and successful campaigns.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in design software.
