We are seeking Freelance Event Coordinators with at least 1 year of experience to join our dynamic team in Riyadh.
Responsibilities- Assist in the planning and execution of various events
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless operations
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection and setup
- Support marketing efforts and outreach initiatives
- Monitor event budgets and provide reporting on expenditures
- Troubleshoot issues on-site to ensure a successful event
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management tools
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of event management software is a plus
