Graphic Designer (Printing and Production)

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for bringing creative ideas to life by developing visual concepts and producing high-quality design solutions for print and digital media. The role requires close collaboration with the Creative Director and design team to manage projects, maintain timelines, and ensure all deliverables are visually engaging, brand-appropriate, and technically ready for production.

• Develop creative and original designs for various projects, including branding, packaging, promotional materials, and digital assets.
• Translate concepts into visual designs that align with client objectives and brand standards.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director, production team, and external partners such as printers, media houses, and editing studios.
• Review creative briefs, gather all necessary input, and challenge unclear requirements when needed.
• Stay updated on trends in design, technology, photography, fashion, art, and Saudi culture to keep work culturally relevant.
• Prepare design files accurately for printing and ensure color consistency and technical quality.
• Produce 3D mockups and realistic visual presentations for packaging and promotional items.
• Communicate ideas clearly in written and verbal form.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high quality standard.
• Contribute positively to team discussions, showing professionalism and a sense of shared responsibility for the company’s success.

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the printing or advertising industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign (experience with other 3D or mockup tools is a plus).
• Strong understanding of printing techniques, color management, and layout design.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Up-to-date knowledge of design trends and local market aesthetics.
