Art Director

Job Summary

We're seeking a talented and experienced Art Director to join our dynamic team in the heart of Riyadh. This role is perfect for a creative wordsmith who can craft compelling content in Arabic that resonates with our target audience.

• Conceptualize and develop 360 campaigns including film, print, activations and social media content that align with the strategy and the client's brief with under supervision
• Work closely with Art Directors, Designers, Copywriters, Animators, Editors and Planners
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring that deadlines are met
• Ensure that all creative work is of the highest quality and aligns with the brand's identity
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, and bring that knowledge to the table
• Present creative concepts and designs to clients and stakeholders, and receive and incorporate feedback into the work
• Harness passion and proficiency in utilizing Al generation platforms to enhance work efficiency and elevate the agency's creative output.

• Bachelor's degree in advertising, graphic design, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in Art Direction in an advertising agency
• A winner at one of the global or regional award shows (Such as Cannes Lions, D&AD, New York Festival, Dubai Lynx or Athar Awards)
• A portfolio of high-quality work that demonstrates creativity, craft skills, and a strong understanding of branding and advertising
• Proficiency in design softwares such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign - editing and animation softwares are a plus)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong time-management skills
• A team player with a tendency for the unusual
