Spiro is recruiting for an Associate Creative Director to join our team in Riyadh. You will build relationships with new and existing clients and work closely with design teams in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and the UAE.

The Associate Creative Director is responsible for leading creative teams and strategizing events.

• Arabic speaker with strong communication skills
• 12+ years of experience in exhibition, event & experiential design agencies
• Minimum of 5 years leading writers and other creatives
• Expert knowledge of marketing strategy and tactics, including F2F, PR (press), and digital social media to build communities for brands beyond the experience
• Strong conceptual skills and a high‑level sense of design, layout, and typography; a broad thinker who can offer a variety of design solutions

You should have experience working in a similar role/at a similar level, managing teams, and understanding human behaviour and performance. You’ll be able to integrate creative team input across 3D, 2D thematics, content curation, martech, mixed media, digital, and strategy.
