The Graphics Team is an integral part of our expansive global Marketing and Business Development Team, collaborating closely with team members across the world. Our Marketing team plays a pivotal role in advancing our rapidly expanding international practice.

The Graphics Team also works in close partnership with our multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers, and subject matter experts creating illustrations and elevating our technical documentation, marketing materials and various other assets that are critical to supporting all front-end activities of the business.

Our Graphics team has played a key role in establishing a strong and recognisable brand in our market and we are now looking for a Graphic Designer to work with us in supporting our engineering teams.

This role will provide a great opportunity for you to apply your own creative style within clear brand guidelines, and to work as part of a small, close-knit and talented global graphics team, whilst being part of a wider engineering team. You will be working directly with your ‘internal clients’, supporting a variety of exciting projects.

The role will be project focused, being involved in all aspects of design from competition and bidding stage through to completion of a project.

This will include:

• Creating technical illustrations and infographics.
• Attending engineering and client meetings to translate technical information and concepts into clear and compelling visual representations.
• Working in both internal and external InDesign templates to format Word reports into high‑end documents for publication.

We are looking for a Graphic Designer with demonstrable skills in the following areas:

• Ability to create technical illustrations, diagrams, and visual aids for complex information.
• Creative, detail‑oriented, and committed to producing high‑quality designs.
• Proactive, confident, and able to work independently while challenging briefs when needed.
• Strong organisational and time management skills to prioritise and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with engineering teams.
• Hands‑on approach with a practical mindset; proactive and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Advanced skills in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Experience preparing artwork for print and digital formats.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Interest in exploring AI tools to enhance design workflows and creativity.
