Responsibilities

• Develop visually appealing graphics and layouts for various platforms including digital and print media
• Create engaging visual content that aligns with the brand's identity and marketing goals
• Maintain and enhance brand consistency through innovative design solutions
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to produce high-quality promotional materials
• Work closely with team members to conceptualize and deliver on design projects
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to bring fresh ideas to the table
• Meet with clients to understand their design needs, preferences, and objectives
• Present design concepts and revisions based on client feedback
• Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to execute projects
• Stay updated with design trends and techniques to maintain a competitive edge
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget constraints
• Ensure workflows and processes are efficient and effective
• Adapt designs according to feedback from stakeholders and clients
• Conduct revisions and finalize graphics for production
• Review all final designs to ensure accuracy and high-quality output

Client Interaction

• Meet with clients to understand their design needs, preferences, and objectives

Technical Skills

Requirements Educational Background

• Minimum:
  Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field

Professional Experience

• 2-4 years of professional graphic design experience
• A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and styles

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Familiarity with web design principles and content management systems is a plus
