Project Manager - Music & Production

We are seeking a highly organized and culturally attuned Project Manager - Music & Production to lead a groundbreaking cultural initiative that merges elements of Saudi heritage with contemporary global music production. The project will bring together local authenticity and international artistry, resulting in innovative music outputs, cultural content libraries, and global promotional activations.

The Project Manager will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning and production to branding and international collaborations. This role requires someone with proven experience in delivering complex music, cultural, or media projects at an international standard, while safeguarding cultural integrity and ensuring global reach.

• Project Leadership
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multi-phase music and cultural production initiatives.
  • Develop and track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure all milestones are met.
• Music & Production Oversight
  • Supervise the development of music content and production deliverables, ensuring authenticity and global quality standards.
  • Coordinate recording sessions, sound design, and production workflows with producers and engineers.
• International Collaborations
  • Manage relationships and contracts with internationally recognized artists, producers, and creative partners.
  • Oversee scheduling, communications, and creative direction for cross-border collaborations.
• Branding & Promotion
  • Oversee the creation of visual identity, branding, and promotional assets to accompany music outputs.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure international distribution and promotional activation across media platforms.
  • Support public-facing activities such as workshops, talks, or performances with participating artists.
• Stakeholder Management & Reporting
  • Serve as the primary liaison between local cultural stakeholders, artists, and production partners.
  • Provide structured progress reports and ensure compliance with all requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Arts Management, Music Production, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing large-scale music, cultural, or media projects.
• Proven experience working with international artists, creative teams, and cultural institutions.
• Strong knowledge of music production workflows (recording, mixing, mastering).
• Bilingual (Arabic & English mandatory).
• Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to deliver under pressure.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends to meet production schedules or event deadlines.
• Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
