The RoleThe Video Content Creator & Editor will be responsible for conceptualizing, filming, editing, and producing high-quality video content that supports Holo KSA’s marketing, brand awareness, and lead generation objectives.
This role requires a creative storyteller with strong production and editing skills, who understands how to create engaging content across social media platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
The ideal candidate will have experience creating content for digital-first brands and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities Video Content Creation- Develop creative concepts and content ideas in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Plan, film, and produce engaging video content for social media, digital campaigns, website content, customer testimonials, educational content, and brand storytelling.
- Create content focused on mortgages, property ownership, home-buying education, financial literacy, and real estate trends.
- Capture both short-form and long-form video content for platforms including Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In, You Tube, Snapchat, and X.
- Ensure all content aligns with Holo’s brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Edit raw footage into polished, professional-quality content.
- Add motion graphics, animations, subtitles, sound effects, music, and visual enhancements.
- Optimize content for various social media platforms and digital channels.
- Produce both Arabic and English versions of content where required.
- Manage video shoots from planning through to final delivery.
- Set up and operate cameras, lighting, microphones, and production equipment.
- Organize and maintain content libraries and production assets.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, video formats, and platform best practices.
- Identify new opportunities to increase engagement and brand awareness through video.
- Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, product launches, and educational initiatives.
- Review content performance metrics and make recommendations for future improvements.
- 2 - 4 years of experience in video content creation and editing.
- Strong portfolio showcasing video production and editing work.
- Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Cap Cut, or equivalent editing software.
- Experience filming and editing content for social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of video production, lighting, audio recording, and post-production.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Fluent Arabic (written and spoken).
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Candidates must be comfortable creating and editing content in both Arabic and English.
- Experience working within real estate, mortgages, banking, fintech, proptech, or financial services.
- Experience creating content featuring presenters, interviews, podcasts, or educational content.
- Knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market and consumer audience.
- Motion graphics and animation experience.
