We are seeking a Senior UI/UX and Visual Designer to join our team in a onsite, full-time capacity. This role requires a unique blend of product design expertise and high-end visual communication skills. The candidate should be a native Arabic speaker capable of designing seamless user experiences and sophisticated brand collateral for both English and Arabic audiences. You will work closely with clients, product teams, and engineering teams to ensure seamless and accessible user experience across all digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Product Design:
Lead UI/UX workflows, including wire framing, prototyping, and high-fidelity interface design using Figma.
Visual Communication:
Design high-stakes presentations and corporate documents that meet global professional standards.
Brand Assets & Maintenance:
Create professional Linked In templates and social media assets. Execute regular website updates to ensure design integrity and performance.
Localization & Cultural Context:
Ensure all designs are typographically optimized for Arabic and culturally relevant to the KSA market.
Stakeholder
Collaboration:
Facilitate clear communication between clients and on-site teams to translate business requirements into technical design specifications.
Language Mastery:
Native Arabic speaker with professional fluency in English (written and verbal).
UI/UX Expertise: 5+ years of experience designing digital products, with a portfolio showcasing UX logic, UI aesthetics, and RTL (Right-to-Left) design proficiency.
Technical Proficiency:
Advanced skills in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, professional presentation software (PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides) and similar software.
Agile Proficiency:
Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and experience working within typical Agile cycles (Sprints, Stand-ups, Backlog refinement) and extract UI/UX requirements from user stories.
