Graphic Designer

Create and deliver high-quality graphic assets for print, digital and immersive installations (large format, projection mapping, touchscreen/UI, motion graphics, AR/VR/3D), meeting client and production standards while keeping Craft's brand identity consistent across all touchpoints.

• Produce creative assets: branding, signage, presentations, exhibition graphics, digital UI and print-ready artwork.
• Prepare production-ready artwork (color management, bleed, file formats, resolution, print specs).
• Create motion graphics and video assets for displays and projection.
• Support interactive and immersive projects (Unity, AR/VR, touchscreen) with developers and AV teams.
• Coordinate with printers, fabricators and AV suppliers, and attend production/site checks.
• Maintain asset libraries, templates and version control.
• Act as custodian of Craft's visual identity and propose improvements to brand templates and guidelines.
• Design platform-specific social media content (Linked In, Instagram, X) and optimize based on performance.
• Adopt emerging AI design tools to improve quality and efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication or related field.
• 1–3 years' experience preferred; fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome.
• Advanced Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign;
  After Effects and Premiere preferred.
• Knowledge of print production, color management and large format file prep.
• Proficiency in AI design tools (e.g. Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Canva AI, ChatGPT).
• Unity/AR/Touch UI export, basic 3D/animation and HTML/CSS are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, time management and teamwork; flexible for deadlines and site visits.
• Bilingual (English and Arabic) preferred.
