What will you be doing:
- Engage with customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat to promptly address inquiries, concerns, and technical issues.
- Utilize your problem‑solving prowess to troubleshoot and resolve customer challenges, ensuring their satisfaction and building lasting relationships.
- Cultivate a deep understanding of our products/services to offer personalized assistance, product information, and usage guidance.
- Share your product insights with our development teams, contributing to enhancements driven by real customer feedback.
- Collaborate with team members to elevate complex issues and ensure timely resolution, while keeping customers informed throughout the process.

Qualifications:
- Exceptional proficiency in English and German
, both written and spoken. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to actively listen, empathize, and effectively address customer concerns.
