We are currently seeking a professional and customer-oriented Call Center / Customer Service Representative to join our team in Olaya.
The main responsibility of this role is handling incoming calls and assisting customers in a professional and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Provide accurate information about company services.
- Direct calls to the appropriate departments when needed.
- Record call details and maintain accurate documentation.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction during every interaction.
Skills:
- Ability to handle calls calmly and efficiently.
- Fluent in Arabic (English is a plus).
- Presentable and professional attitude.
0–1 year of experience in call center or customer service (Fresh graduates are welcome).
