Established in 2015 by Saudi engineers who studied the market, determined best practices, and constructed a reliable and effective financial infrastructure to provide secure and convenient electronic payment options and payment product choices for online merchants. Today Moyasar is working with the market’s most prominent banks and has an ever-expanding network of merchants from all business sectors and sizes.

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused professional who is eager to grow within a dynamic corporate environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the Customer Service B2B cycle by providing accurate information about our products and services, addressing client inquiries, and resolving issues that clients may encounter with efficiency and professionalism.

This role focuses on delivering exceptional service standards, ensuring timely and effective responses to customer needs, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction while supporting long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Knowing our products inside and out to be able to answer questions.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Handle customer complaints, and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Communicating, coordinating, and supporting other colleagues/departments as per management decision.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
