Position overview

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and improving the customer experience. The successful candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, and handle customer complaints. The Customer Service Representative will also need to communicate effectively across various departments to ensure prompt resolutions and elevate issues when necessary.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic
