The External Handover Representative is responsible for managing the handover process with customers, ensuring a smooth and professional transition of completed units. The role involves direct interaction with clients, explaining property details, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction during the handover stage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the external handover process with customers.
  • Conduct unit inspections with clients and explain property features and systems.
  • Ensure all handover documentation is complete, accurate, and properly signed.
  • Address customer inquiries and provide clear, accurate information about the property.
  • Record and report any defects or issues raised by customers and follow up for resolution.
  • Deliver high levels of customer service to ensure a positive handover experience.
  • Liaise with internal teams (engineering, maintenance, and property management) to resolve customer concerns.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and handover status.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Medically fit.
  • 2 years of experience in property management, customer service, or handover processes.
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office and related systems).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in dealing directly with customers.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical information in a simple manner.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed procedures.
  • Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Preferred Requirements
  • Experience in real estate, property management, or construction industry.
  • Familiarity with handover procedures and customer service best practices.
