Al Borg Diagnostics is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Officer. This role involves providing exceptional customer service to patients and clients, managing inquiries, and supporting the efficient operation of our diagnostic centers.
As a Customer Care Officer, you will be an essential point of contact for customers, ensuring their interactions with Al Borg Diagnostics are positive and professional. You will assist in managing appointments, handling customer feedback, and supporting administrative tasks to maintain smooth workflow.
Responsibilities- Welcome and assist walk-in customers, responding promptly to their needs and inquiries.
- Manage customer calls with courteous and professional communication.
- Register patients and create job orders in the laboratory system, facilitating smooth sample collection and testing processes.
- Deliver test results to customers, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback, directing concerns to appropriate departments and following up as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area and waiting rooms.
- Support billing processes by issuing bills and receipts upon payment.
- Assist in collecting customer satisfaction data and conducting follow-up calls when required.
- Provide administrative assistance, including documentation and report preparation.
- Adhere to all relevant health regulations and company policies.
- Train new reception staff as needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Diploma in Health Management, Medical Records, Medical Laboratories, or equivalent;
Bachelor’s degree preferred. - Previous experience in customer service or healthcare-related roles is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues with empathy.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Arabic is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Competent in using computer systems and office software.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
