Position SummaryInteract with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services. Responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and companies. Assists with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancellations, and other queries.
Key Responsibilities- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner in both languages (Arabic-English)
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution rates.
- Participate in training and development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
- Preferably previous experience in a customer service or call center role.
- Excellent English language proficiency.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software.
