Social Media Customer Service

We are seeking a Social Media Customer Service to join our team in providing timely, professional, and customer-focused support across social media platforms, with a strong focus on X (formerly Twitter).

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across social media platforms.
• Monitor and manage customer comments, direct messages, and online reviews.
• Maintain a positive and professional brand image through all customer interactions.
• Resolve, track, document, and report recurring customer feedback, concerns, and trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.

• 1–3 years of experience in social media customer service.
• Familiarity with social media platforms including X (Twitter), Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, and Linked In.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• High level of attention to detail, observation, and analytical thinking.
• Ability to manage multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously.
• Customer-focused mindset with a positive and professional attitude.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules and hours when required.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service tools is a plus.
