Al Majed  is seeking a Customer Service & Loyalty Program Supervisor based in Riyadh. This role involves leading the customer service team to ensure exceptional support while managing and enhancing the company’s loyalty program to increase customer retention. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, experience in customer service, and proficiency in both English and Arabic.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Knowledge of CRM platforms like Salesforce or Zendesk is essential.
