• Greet visitors and clients at the reception and direct them to their desired location within the facility
• Provide basic information about products or services and answer inquiries
• Route incoming calls to appropriate departments and handle simple phone inquiries
• Address complaints professionally and resolve them promptly or direct to the appropriate person
• Schedule appointments and ensure no overlaps in the schedule
• Resolve client issues related to services or products
• Provide additional assistance by guiding clients around the facility or advising on product choices
• Maintain a positive work environment by interacting with clients and colleagues politely and professionally

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles (fitness or hospitality preferred)
• Friendly, professional, and confident communication skills
• Ability to handle member inquiries, registrations, and basic sales
• Basic computer skills (booking systems, MS Office, or CRM software)
• Presentable appearance and positive attitude
