We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving concerns efficiently, and delivering a positive customer experience through various communication channels.

This role is ideal for individuals who possess strong communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries professionally and efficiently through inbound and outbound communications.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Follow established processes, quality standards, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Meet individual and team performance targets related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver a positive and professional customer experience in every interaction.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in any related field.
  • Previous experience in Customer Service, Contact Center, or Customer Support roles.
  • English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service platforms.
  • Full flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as required.
